First and Foremost

Sorry havent updated this blog, just cant be bothered. A lot of things happened in my life lately, never thought that work would mean NO LIFE!!

Anyway, as promised, here's my new lil' car. 1998 Mitsubishi Mirage. Nothing fancy, but I love its simple and round design and the owner has been taken care of it very well. Been hunting for months to find a decent used car, and couldnt get my eyes off this one. I made the decision on the spot when we saw this car, and now this DUK841 is mine ;-D

Just bought a Brazilian CD called "Bebel Gilberto"... great music to chill out...sometimes i feel like dancing when listen to her songs...other times i just feel like making out in the beach under a huge palm tree...SEXY!

I wish Summer is here!! Its just the beginning of August, and im looking fairrrrrrrrr!

Im officially 22 yo now...officially a young lady; who can do anything she wants but has more responsibilities towards what she's gonna do in the future. I couldnt believe that i am 22 today!! AM I EXCITING? OF COURSE!! I had the best birthday EVER!! EVER!! :)) :)) :))

Actually I was born on 16th July 1985, but at that time my dad was in Italy doing some business trip, and somehow in Indonesia the parents should register their kids together, if they're still together of course. Thats why I ended up having 2 birthdays; 16th and 28th July. I always think my bday is on 28th, since its more like lucky number to me.

On the 17th July, I had my BIRTHPAST celebration at the office. Last night someone said HAPPY BIRTHTOMORROW to me.. and today most ppl wishing me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

What did i do?
Had two dinners and drinks in a row with some friends...went home pretty late but managed to take off my boots and tights....crawled under my bed...felt warm without my heater....Its simply ACE!

Where did i go?
-Vivace for dinner
-Pasha (a mediterranean kinda bar, lots of lanterns and candles, a very good place indeed!) 10/10
-Soul Bar (Lots of middle aged ppl..just a usual place) 6/10
-Carpark (If you fancy loud music, this is an awesome place and they have a pool table inside) 7/10
-Chic (Small cosy place with 80's songs) 8/10

Too bad I dont have my camera with me, so I didnt take any piccies..

I feel so bloody tired now...went home past midnight for two days, and got up at 7 am yesterday and at 8am this morning to do BodyCombat 34. We'll be doing the filming for this release next Thursday so I need to practice in order to master it.

In October 28, I wish to participate for a quarter marathon..I've never done this before, and I don't know if Im capable but I'll give it a go for sure. Lets TRAIN HARD MRS.BASSETT!!!

Apart from that, me & Hellen will go to Christina Aguilera concert nxt Thursday night!!!!!! IM SO EXCITING!!!! (see how i like capitals? :P)

Style Director

I got my haircut today finally, its been 6 months!! Tried TONI & GUY this time. I love my stylist, "SANDRA", an austrian lady, with her punk and bold style yet very caring and down to earth. The best stylist i had so far. I'll deffo come back to her. I was thinking to give a natural wavy perm for my hair, but i think i change my mind. After gave me the haircut, she curled my hair to give the closest look if i get my hair permed. What do you think, is it suits me? I like my usual after-workout wavy style. HA!! Will get some coloring perhaps.....i hate this lifeless hair.

Tonight we're going to have dinner in "HARBOUR SIDE" by the pier. Perfect spot, since ive been craving for seafood long time. Am off now! x

Welcome to Japan

"Welcome to JAPAN" was the opening line from Rach this afternoon when i did 5.10pm combat class. There were 40 of japs people coming to LesMills Auckland this time, I am not so sure what they're here for, but Taku ( hes been in the older BC DVD with D&R) came too. Since the filming date is still a month away, maybe they just want to learn the techniques from D&R. Seriously, I could feel like im in Japan with those japanese people at the front blocking us, regular members. One guy was just mad, shouting like crazy every 10 seconds repeatedly---continuously. But hey, nothing to complain about, as doing a combination of BC 32&33 with 40 japs ppl in a chilly weather with D&R was way too wicked! I had so much funn today!!! :D :D

I went to AA Driving Centre today and register for my theory test this Friday. Fyuuh...finally i would get my learner's licence done!! Been years since my father, mother, uncle, auntie, cousin, and whoever else told me to get one. Im taking baby step..hee hee

This Friday I'll be going to watch Ocean's 13. The next day Kris's mom will arrive from Indo, is that mean we've to postpone our plan to La Zeppa, Mrs Bassett?

Mom told me that a few of my relatives from Brazil has arrived in Indo. I'd really want to meet my long-long cousin (Simone), we used to be really close back when i was 10 yo. I also want to meet Ci Aching and my dear Priscilla. Arghhhhhh....i wish i could go to Brazil! (yeah...with you dude!)

Just Say Nay!!

Its Friday at 9.28pm, have changed myself to PJayma and im all clean from head-to-toe. Me, Hellen, and Ranny went out to see SHREK the THIRD! I feel entertained with this movie, I think the story itself is not outstanding, but I love how the directors put the plot in it. Brilliant animation, cool new characters, and the script is damn funny. There was a lot of good lines that I picked up like "Who Dat?", and "Just Say Nay!" If your having a long and crappy day, surely this movie will entertain you....JUST SAY NAY!!!!!

Its Saturday at 8.45pm, just had a glass of chardonnay (Ma Tua) and felt warm inside. It feels good to drink after so longggg! I was so tired that I felt asleep when I was watching "The Night at the Museum". Long and chilly day today, got up early and went straight for Pump at 9am, then around 11-ish Hellen picked up us heading to Sylvia Park. Its a fairly new shopping centre, with new cinema, and last time I went there with Rey some of the shops hasnt opened yet. We had fun and me and ranny were very pleased to go outside the city. I was in awe for several times seeing that big mall! Hahaaahaa....

We arrived home safely with a big help from Mrs Bassett...thank you for the day dear! I bought myself an "IL DIVO" cd...love love love it!! :D:D

Its Sunday at 10.30 pm. Just went out to see a movie called "PUPPY" in the Auckland Public Library (www.puppythemovie.com). Its a small private cinema and they are doing independent & festival movies mainly. It was an interesting story although i found a bit slow..

Today i spent most of my afternoon cleaning the flat, and at noon me & ranny ordered Domino's Pizza. We ate the whole thin crust pizza, followed by side orders. Got sick afterwards....blegh! Now i cant eat some take outs, as i feel very thirsty and bloated afterwards. I guess thats what happen when you always eat at home, using freshly natural ingredients.

I had great fun this weekend..and spent a lot of cash $_$

BC is firing again!!

DAN and RACH are back in town!!!! No more long waiting....they've gone for five-solid-weeks!! I did BC33 again today since the filming, and its firing on me!!!!!!!!!! They always keep my passion for combat alive and burning....i had a helluva workout this morning! During track 8, Dan came to me with his gloves and I had to punch him, this time I PUNCHED HIM REAL HARD till he said : "There it is, girl, there you go!!" Apparently, he was satisfied that i punched him like a mad cow, and nobody else in the class did that to him. He stood in front of me for a while...boy i was grinning sheepishly /'':-))

BC34 is on the making now, so we'll try that out starting nxt week....
Dan also said on stage before the class began that Rach has bought her wedding dress in the UK with the help of her mom....so a wedding is coming soon i guess......SWEET PIES!!! I love you both!

Anyway, i shouldve been studying today....but cant keep my promise. The weather has been terrible these days, strong gusty wind blowing ard 70-100km/h, and i barely want to leave my heater too far!!! Always feel sleepy with this kinda weather. Three more days to study...then my mental will be tested....it'll gone in three fucking hours! SHOOT!

Nxt things to be done after my exam :
1. Get a learner's licence
2. Get a haircut and natural volume (not sure abt this though)
3. Buy a pack of new contacts, im run out of them
4. Apply for a working permit + visa
5. Check flight ticket to Aussie for Dec (my mom just asked me to meet them there)
6. And many tiny things to get done!

***With this stormy weather, wish for a dvd night in with a good company on my couch sipping a hot choc and a smooth long kiss would be perfect! Tadaaaaaaaaaa~
